Remuneration: $72,037.96 - $73,687.12 per annum + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Location: Liverpool Hospital, Eastern Campus

- Be the central coordination point for the HR Employment Hub, supporting senior leaders and keeping operations running smoothly.
- Draft professional letters, emails, and communications that reflect the voice and priorities of the team.
- Organise and support internal events and activities that bring the Hub together and drive engagement.
- Manage diaries, meetings, minutes, and follow-up actions with precision and care.
- Enjoy a varied role with autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful HR work.

You'll Bring

- Experience in diary management, minute taking, invoicing, office management and general admin tasks.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Initiative, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to support multiple leaders and teams.
