Responsibilities
* Adheres to production schedules, work flow, and demands of the pastry shop.
* Adheres to all specs in all recipes and food apportionment.
* Maintains excellent kitchen hygiene conditions at all times.
* Has knowledge of all state health department regulations and ensures all conditions and standards are met.
* Assists in preparation, apportionment, and garnishment of basic baked goods, desserts, and confections.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
