We currently have a vacancy for a Sous Chef with an immediate start for the successful applicant. 
Responsibilities 
Working in a busy kitchen preparing Bistro, Restaurant and Cook to Order and Function food of the highest quality. Reporting to our Executive Chef and working alongside a team from various areas of the world. The successful applicant will need to be patient, understanding and have the ability to teach and provide direction. Maintaining Food Cost and tight wage controls as well as reducing wastage are paramount to the role. 
Qualifications 
Patience, understanding and the ability to teach and provide direction. 
Experience with maintaining Food Cost and wage controls and reducing wastage.
