The Family Day Care Coordinator role is a rewarding opportunity to support educators in providing quality education and care, and assist families in meeting their needs.
Job Description:
Conduct home visits to monitor, support, and supervise registered educators, ensuring they have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality education and care. Provide ongoing support and developmental opportunities to help them grow professionally and personally.
Assist in the recruitment and training of Family Day Care educators, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional care. Register families and their children in the service, and coordinate child placements, ensuring that every family receives the support they need.
This is a permanent part-time position with 18 hours available per week (days flexible). The successful candidate will be dedicated, passionate, and experienced in supporting children, young people, and their families.
Requirements:
* A Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent qualification
* Child Protection Training
* Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma
