The Role
Reporting to the Service Manager - Technology and based in Sydney, the Service Coordinatorwill be part of a team responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service, maintenance, and emergency jobs
* Monitor and adjust technician routes to maximise efficiency and response times
* Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, updates, and service follow-ups
* Provide excellent customer support and manage complaints or escalations
* Maintain accurate records, work orders, and billing documentation
* Coordinate parts, materials, and logistics for scheduled jobs
* Collaborate with managers, technicians, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
