Australian Venue Co is searching for a versatile Tournant Chef to join our Logan-based team. You’ll get to work across some of the area’s most popular pubs – such as Fitzy’s Loganholme, Fitzy’s Waterford, and the Browns Plains Hotel. Each venue has its own personality, but all share a strong reputation for great food, community spirit, and memorable hospitality. The Role As a Tournant Chef, you’ll be the go-to backbone of our kitchens – adaptable, hands-on, and confident stepping into any section. You’ll thrive in variety, take command when needed, and keep standards consistently high across multiple kitchens. What You’ll Do Run any section of the kitchen with skill and confidence Adapt quickly to changing needs and support different teams Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative culture Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements About You Proven chef experience, ideally across multiple sections in high-volume kitchens Leadership skills with the confidence to step up when needed Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure Positive attitude with a passion for teamwork and growth Must have a valid driver’s licence and access to a car Why Join Us?
