Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Solutions Specialist to lead the optimisation and ongoing management of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to better support sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
* Act as a key business partner to stakeholders across business development and marketing, ensuring CRM tools support their goals.
* Work closely with the digital and tech teams to champion new features and enhancements that elevate the customer experience.
* Design and deliver dashboards and insights via Power BI to track engagement, campaign performance, and customer trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience managing or owning a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform in a commercial environment.
* Strong background in customer data analytics, segmentation, and reporting, with hands-on experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technology teams to translate strategic needs into meaningful dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights.
