About this Role
As an Administration Officer, you will provide crucial support to our Multi-Service Centre team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate data entry, diary management, staff rostering, and scheduling of client services.
This is a busy office environment where attention to detail is paramount. You will be responsible for high volume data entry within the Client and Staff Management database, screening all incoming phone calls, and scheduling care services and updating cancellations/add-ons.
Main Responsibilities:
* Data Entry: High volume data entry within the Client and Staff Management database.
* Phone Support: Screening of all incoming phone calls.
* Scheduling: Scheduling of care services and updating cancellations/add-ons.
* Event Organisation: Organisation of fortnightly carer support groups.
* Secretarial Support: Secretarial support, including minute taking.
* Register Maintenance: Maintaining the Staff Education Register.
* Daily and Weekly Reporting: Daily and weekly reporting confirmations/cancellations.
* Audit Support: Assisting in quality audits and monthly reporting.
* Queries: Client and staff queries.
* Inventory Management: Grocery and PPE ordering and maintenance.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Administration Experience: At least 2 years' administration/secretarial support experience in a similar environment.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in aged or community care is advantageous.
* Database Management: Demonstrated ability to work with various databases.
