Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional cooking experience
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Ability to work independently and manage your station efficiently
- Strong cleaning and hygiene standards
- Knowledge of smoking techniques and pub-style menu is a plus
- Management of stock control, ordering, recipes & menu and blackboard specials
