About the Opportunity:
We are looking for Experienced Section Waitstaff, Hosts, Bartenders and Sommeliers who pride themselves in providing exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
* Demonstrated experience as a Waitstaff, Host, Bartender or Sommelier in a premium la-carte restaurant
* Bartender applicants must have strong cocktail and spirits knowledge
* Sommelier applicants must have strong wine knowledge
* Experience with Seven Rooms or similar is advantageous for Hosts
* Passion for delivering outstanding service
* Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
* Show exemplary communication and time management skills
* Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
* Exceptional presentation
* Must be willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and/or closing shifts
* Must have or be able to obtain an RSA certificate and relevant qualifications
