**About the Role**
A fantastic opportunity to join BOQ Group on a 12-month Maximum Term Contract in our Team Assistant role.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Diary management for the General Manager - Customer Connect, and the broader Leadership team when required.
- Support the Executive and Leadership team to deliver and execute their strategic plan in line with BOQ Group's enterprise strategy.
- Manage and coordinate all travel arrangements for the Customer Connect team.
- Drive and assist embedding Enterprise initiatives and/or projects to the Customer Connect team.
- Construction, coordination and distribution of papers, presentations, taking actions and minutes, and the creation/maintenance of registers and spreadsheets.
- Coordination and assisting with preparation of artefacts and presentations for regulatory meetings.
- Manage workflow and help ensure incoming and outgoing requests are processed and tracked effectively.
**About you**
You will have a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a similar role. Our Team Assistant will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills.
Skills required:
- Strong Outlook and administrational capabilities.
- Experience in a similar Team Assistant/Personal Assistant role.
- Knowledge and experience of the banking & financial service industry would be ideal, but not a must.
