About the role
We are seeking a Front Office / Customer Service Person to join our team at Hunter Mechanical in Karratha, Western Australia. This is a full-time position that will involve providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal teams.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
2. Handling incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries
3. Providing general administrative support, including scheduling bookings, ordering parts, managing calendars, and maintaining filing systems
4. Assisting with data entry, invoicing, and other clerical tasks as required
5. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience in a customer service or front office role
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and professional experience for all clients and customers
2. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
3. Proficiency in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office suite
4. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
