What success looks like in this role:
The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.
* Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
* Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting
* Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment
* Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals)
* Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's
* Test and Tag experience highly regarded
* Minimum of 6months experience in supporting Deskside support environment
* Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
* NV1 security clearance must have for this role.
* Driver's License is required
