**About You**:
You are an experienced Warehouse Manager and have previously been involved in implementing warehouse management practices and systems. You like to work collaboratively but are also seeking a role that provides you with autonomy. You will also be:
- Analytical, numerical with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experienced in WMS and warehouse operation.
- Experienced in Oracle fusion, MRP, and ERP systems.
- Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, and associated software.
- Strong in time management with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Able and willing to learn, improve, and adapt.
**About the role**:
This is a newly created role reporting to our Inventory Manager. We have just built a new facility in Minchinbury and are looking to build systems and processes to manage our inventory with a core focus on inventory, warehousing and ordering. You will initially conduct a review of current practices, highlight gaps and put in place measures to increase efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to establish practices within an already thriving business.
