About the Company
Our client is a long-established Sydney-based family office with a diverse portfolio of investments and private interests. Operating from a state-of-the-art office in Bondi Junction ( adjacent to Westfield and the train station), they offer a professional yet warm working environment with convenient onsite parking. About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Office Manager to support the executive team across administrative, financial, and operational functions. This dynamic role blends office management with financial and investment support, making it ideal for a well-rounded professional with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including Boardroom setup, catering coordination, light cleaning duties, supply ordering, and general office upkeep.
* Executive Support: Provide high-level assistance to the Managing Director and other family members, including event coordination, document preparation, diary management, and ad hoc personal and business tasks.
* Investment Support: Assist the Head of Investments with tracking and reporting on financial performance, new investment analysis, and managing portfolios across property and art assets.
* Finance Support: Work alongside the CFO to help with daily bank reconciliations, data capture, reporting, and treasury-related tasks.
* Project Coordination: Contribute to special projects and business initiatives as needed.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in office management or executive support roles.
* Strong communication skills – professional, articulate, and personable.
* High attention to detail, especially in document preparation and financial reporting.
* Sound financial literacy and an understanding of investment and accounting concepts.
* Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
* Event planning or coordination experience is an advantage.
