We are looking for Casual and Part-time Customer Service Team Members to join our store in Warragul. You will need to be available to work a mix of weekdays and weekends, and you will earn $28.64 per hour for employees 18 years and older.
Responsibilities
* Provide customers with a friendly, helpful experience throughout the store.
* Assist customers at checkout registers, greeting them with a smile.
* Manage stock efficiently and keep the workspace clean and tidy.
* Offer product advice and support for DIY projects to help customers achieve their goals.
* Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team culture that makes a difference in the community.
Qualifications
* Passion for customer experience, energy and enthusiasm.
* Confidence in approaching, connecting with and interacting with customers.
* Willingness to learn about product knowledge and contribute across areas of the store.
* Commitment to integrity, safety and giving your best effort.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
