Job Description
The Opportunity
As the Procurement Delivery Manager, you will:
* Work closely with engineering, delivery and commercial teams to align procurement strategies with project needs.
* Lead procurement planning and execution in support of critical TLS activities ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
* Build and nurture relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Identify and implement procurement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
* Participate in strategic planning and workshops to align procurement activities with broader business objectives.
* Drive supplier performance, contract management, and risk mitigation.
About you

* Eagerness to learn and develop managerial and leadership capabilities.
* 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or commercial roles (rail, infrastructure, engineering, or manufacturing preferred).
* Proven track record in supplier negotiations, contract management, and project delivery.
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Commerce, etc.).
* Professional certifications (CIPS, MCIPS, CPP/CPPM, APICS, or equivalent) are a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook/Power BI).
