Looking for a Reporting Analyst to support the Revenue Operations function and help drive smarter decision-making across the organisation.

What you'll be doing
Manage and maintain Salesforce reporting and dashboard content for multiple business units.
Act as the primary contact for Salesforce reporting—advising, building, and improving report and dashboard solutions.
Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics services aligned with business objectives.
Support workload forecasting, productivity tracking, and performance measurement.
Work alongside Analysts to deliver deep-dive analysis and actionable insights for Leadership.
Evaluate data quality, identify issues, and recommend system and process enhancements.
Maintain existing reporting assets and performance trackers within CRM Analytics.
What you'll bring
3+ years' experience in a Reporting Analyst or similar analytical role.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation).
Working knowledge of CRM platforms; Salesforce experience highly desirable.
Strong data analysis capability with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
High attention to detail, critical thinking ability, and sound judgment.
