In this role, you will play an important role in driving sales and growth by providing exceptional service to our domestic market by offering them prompt and bespoke HVAC solutions. Responsibilities include: Drive sales by promoting a diverse range of products, engaging clients on the road, and expanding the customer base. Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person channels, efficiently handling inquiries and requests. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by tracking industry trends and competitor activity. Coordinate with installers to ensure timely and seamless product installations. Manage purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to support sales operations. Maintain and grow key accounts, fostering strong relationships and long-term customer satisfaction. About you: We are seeking a dynamic individual who excels in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have: You will have experience within the HVAC industry and a natural ability to sell. You have a commercially minded, team-oriented approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are a results-driven, collaborative leader with the ability to demonstrate a high level of technical business development skills. You will have a strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyse customer requirements and propose effective solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately).
