About the position
In this role, you'll join a capable Mechanical team focused on delivering thoughtful, well‑planned HVAC designs across commercial, residential, and education projects. You'll have support from dedicated drafting staff and work alongside experienced engineers who enjoy problem‑solving. The role provides real independence day to day, along with opportunities to strengthen both your technical skills and your project leadership experience.
Key responsibilities
* Perform calculations such as heat loads, pipe sizing, and duct sizing
* Liaise with key stakeholders
* Design and implement HVAC systems
* Work collaboratively with internal Engineers and Drafters
Skills & experience
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit and CAMEL software
* Familiar with Australian Codes and standards
* Demonstrated experience in Building Services design
