Customer Support Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to deliver exceptional support to valued customers, handling inquiries with care and efficiency, and proactively resolving issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
This is a part-time position (30 hours per week), based onsite at our Kwinana Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing positive and helpful experiences
* Complete administrative tasks related to customer support operations
* Aim for first-contact resolution and meet service level targets

* Prior experience in a customer service or support role
