* Ensure store appearance is top-notch, maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
* Manage inventory effectively, minimising losses and maximising profitability.
* Collaborate with your team on registers, shelves and merchandising special buys.
* Identify opportunities for improvement, fostering a culture of innovation.
* Guarantee seamless store operation, contributing to customer satisfaction.
* Step up and run the store during the Store Manager's absence.
