Key Responsibilities
* Complete return to work case management for injured workers under relevant government schemes.
* Provide holistic support to help restore an individual's highest level of functional performance through various assessments, including initial needs assessment, functional capacity evaluation, workplace assessment, and vocational assessment.
* Deliver Vocational Counselling and facilitate interventions, well-being programs, training, and upskilling initiatives.
* Collaborate and liaise with individuals, employers, medical professionals, and other allied health experts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Associate or Full ASORC membership as Rehabilitation Counsellor or AHPRA registration as Registered / Provisional Psychologist.
* Experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly beneficial.
* Relevant Psychology or Rehabilitation Counsellor qualification and current drivers' licence are essential.
