We are partnering with a large Federal Government department to onboard some highly skilled Azure & Endpoint engineers.
You will play a key role in designing, implementing and operationalising secure, scalable cloud and endpoint solutions. Working closely with architects, security teams and stakeholders, you will help accelerate Azure deployments, improve automation and uplift operational maturity.
Multiple contract roles are available, aligned to either Cloud & Endpoint Engineering or Azure Engineering specialisations.
Key Responsibilities Cloud & Endpoint Engineers
* Design, implement and automate Azure infrastructure and application deployments
* Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines
* Build and manage pre-production and non-production environments
* Implement and manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager and managed device platforms
* Integrate Azure services with identity, security, ITSM and monitoring tools
* Participate in technical workshops and transition activities
Azure Engineers
* Produce high-quality technical documentation (SOPs, as-built and as-configured artefacts)
* Support secure cloud architecture and security documentation aligned to SOC guidance
* Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional delivery teams
* Support Essential Eight implementation (desirable)
* Engage in workshops and stakeholder collaboration

Skills & Experience Mandatory
* Proven hands-on Azure engineering experience
* Strong Infrastructure as Code capability
* Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
* Identity, security and ITSM integration experience
* Excellent documentation and communication skills
Highly Desirable
* Microsoft Power Platform experience
* Microsoft Teams or Teams Telephony experience
* ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM) experience
* Essential Eight knowledge or implementation experience
