Due to positive business growth a full time salaried positions for an experienced Site Supervisor has emerged to manage multiple projects across our North Brisbane region.

The Role
Reporting to the Installations Manager, the Site Supervisor role includes but is not limited to:
* Understanding & interpreting the full scope of works prior to commencement of works
* Site establishment for all projects
* Tight management of project schedules and trades
* Strict management of adherence to regulatory codes
* Quality control
* Customer service and resolution management
* Maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
* Staff development
* Positive business representation
* Site supervision of projects to completion and sign-off
The position requires the incumbent to have a current drivers license.
In addition to salary the role will include a vehicle allowance, fuel card, mobile phone and laptop.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be trade qualified, possess superior customer service skills, can demonstrate experience in a similar role, and have excellent organisational and communication skills. A professional individual seeking a position with accountability and the opportunity to grow.
Candidates must:
* Have 10 years construction experience in kitchen and/or bathroom renovations
* Have a comprehensive understanding of wet area codes and standards
* Be smart phone and app savvy
* Consent to a full police check
* Adhere to the company code of ethics in operation
* Be active, enthusiastic and up for a challenge
