Job Overview
The Clinical Nurse is a crucial role within our multidisciplinary community health team, responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating comprehensive health program activities. Temporary deployments may be required to address critical staffing shortages.
This position reports directly to the Nurse Unit Manager Community Health, providing clinical support for Primary Health Care workers in delivering program activities. Collaboration with the community, other agencies, and the wider health service team is vital in enhancing community health and well-being.
Main responsibilities include:
* Developing, implementing, and evaluating health program activities
* Providing clinical support for Primary Health Care workers
* Collaborating with the community, other agencies, and the wider health service team
Required qualifications and skills:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an annual practising certificate
* Eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner under the Mental Health Act 2016 would be desirable
Benefits Package
Total remuneration package of up to $131,900 p.a., including:
* Hourly rate between $54.44 - $58.30 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
* 17.5% leave loading
