**National Account Executive Role Overview**
This is a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering results. As a National Account Executive, you will play a key part in developing and executing customer strategies that achieve volume, profit, and business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop joint customer plans with internal and external stakeholders to foster sustainable growth.
* Create customer strategies that meet business growth targets, including volume, 3N, and AER.
* Serve as the primary contact for Woolworths P&L, ensuring volume and profit targets are met.
* Negotiate commercial frameworks to maximize return while maintaining priorities.
* Proactively manage customer contact strategy to overcome obstacles and progress challenges.
* Maintain timely meetings with key contacts to advance overall business planning.
* Foster collaboration with Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Supply & Logistics, Field Sales, Net Revenue Management, Finance & Brand.
* Oversight of reporting and data management.
* Ensure day-to-day account fundamentals are met, including promotional submissions, forecasting, performance review, and invoice reconciliation within targets.
**Requirements:**
* Degree qualification preferred.
* A self-starter with a proven track record of P&L management, budget delivery, and growth achievements.
* Minimum sales experience, ideally with existing NAE experience within the FMCG sector.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated range of influencing abilities.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
* Evidence of supporting, executing, and delivering business plans and/or KPIs.
