Job Description
The Work
You'll be trusted with complex, high-profile matters, including all matters relating to family law including divorce, separation, children, property and financial matters.
* High net worth property & parenting disputes
* Multiple parenting claims (custody & non-custody)
* Matters with criminal and legal crossover
* Trusts, businesses & non-PAYG financial environments
* Multi-entity ownership structures
The Successful Applicant
* 4+ years PQE (Senior Associate level)
* Strong technical Family Law experience
* Confident managing complex files autonomously
* Commercial, client-focused and highly organised
* Driven to grow and be part of a long-term career journey
