Perks Lead and shape a standalone Body Corporate division High level of autonomy and decision-making authority Strategic role with portfolio-wide impact Collaborative leadership across Facilities & Property Management Long-term career growth within an expanding property group Quartey team building events Generous salary package on offer About the Role Lead and manage all Body Corporate and committee relationships across the portfolio Establish governance frameworks, approval pathways, and communication standards Act as a senior escalation point for complex or high-risk matters Oversee Caretaking & Letting Agreement reviews, renewals, and compliance Coordinate Body Corporate maintenance approvals with Facilities Management Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual scope and commercial objectives Identify and mitigate risk through proactive communication and governance About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in Body Corporate, Strata, Facilities, OR Residential Property Management Strong experience managing committees, governance processes, and formal approvals Sound knowledge of the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 Experience reviewing Caretaking and Letting Agreements (highly regarded) Confident in managing escalations and complex stakeholder environments Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and highly professional If you are ready to take ownership of a Body Corporate division and step into a Senior leadership role where governance, strategy, and relationship management truly matter, we would love to have a confidential conversation.
