Your New Role
In this fast-paced role, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations, where you will be coordinating schedules, supporting drivers, and keeping customers updated every step of the way.
It’s a mix of problem-solving, people skills, and attention to detail, where no two days look the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and schedule transport routes to maximise efficiency
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers and customers
- Manage real-time changes and resolve issues quickly
- Use systems (Excel, SAP, Salesforce) to track, report and update records
- Support the wider operations team to deliver seamless service

About You
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Rep in the Transport or Logistics space, Transport Coordinator, Transport Administrator, Transport Coordinator, Transport Scheduler, Fleet Coordinator, Fleet Scheduler or anything similar is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to manage competing priorities in a busy workplace
- Proactive and confident with technology
