I am currently partnering with Tier 1 and 2 contractors who focus in delivering innovative, reliable, and tailored electrical solutions across the commercial fit out and D&C space.
They are currently looking for multiple Site managers to run commercial fit out and D&C projects of over $10m across Sydney.
Duties
* Engage with Sub-Contractors and Stakeholders.
* Manage budgets, KPIs, and Procurement of all Major equipment and materials.
* Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
* Liaise with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
* Complete toolbox talks, Site meetings and site walks.
* Safety checks/audits, PPE, uniforms, compliance to SWMS's.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a similar Electrical Site Management role within the Commercial D&C sector.
* Licensed Electrician (NSW) with solid technical understanding of commercial systems.
* Have a good understanding of fit out and Design & Construct Projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced service environment
* Sound financial acumen and understanding of P&L management
* A commitment to safety and quality at all levels.
