We are seeking a highly skilled occupational therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality care to patients across diverse settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based therapy, supporting patients and their families in achieving independence and wellbeing. This is a full-time role until further notice.
 * Deliver assessment, intervention, education, and discharge planning to patients in community and home-based settings.
 * Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and interprofessional teams to ensure holistic and patient-centred care.
 * Manage an allocated caseload, maintaining accurate documentation and timely reporting.
 * Support quality improvement, research, and service development activities.
 * Participate in supervision, clinical education, and contribute to the growth of junior staff and students.
About Your Skills
 * Clinical expertise in occupational therapy, including the ability to deliver assessments and interventions that enhance patient outcomes.
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within interprofessional teams, patients, carers, and external agencies.
 * Organisational skills to manage caseloads and balance clinical and non-clinical duties.
 * Commitment to learning and development, actively engaging in professional growth and evidence-based practice.
 * Leadership potential, including the ability to support students and less experienced staff.
