Associate Director – Program & Service Delivery (Digital & Data)

We’re seeking an experienced Associate Director - Data to lead complex, multi-stream digital and data initiatives within a NSW Government environment.
You’ll oversee end-to-end program delivery, service establishment, procurement, and vendor management, ensuring new enterprise capabilities are operationally ready and aligned to strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of complex, interdependent programs and projects
* Drive service establishment and transition-to-service
* Lead procurement and manage delivery partners/system integrators
* Establish governance, reporting, and assurance processes
* Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change
* Mentor project managers and delivery teams
About You
* Proven experience leading large digital and/or data programs in government or regulated environments
* Strong program/project management capability
* Experience establishing new services or capabilities
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
6-month contract | Sydney-based | Competitive day rate
