* You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and working closely with our optometrists to deliver the best possible service to patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Upselling optical accessories and booking follow-up appointments
* Managing reception duties and handling customer queries
* Providing a welcoming demeanour to all customers
Requirements
* 1+ year experience as a dispenser (ideally)
* Proven approach to patient care
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Triple vaccination status
