Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in aged care, including client assessments and/or service delivery.
* Tertiary education in a health-related field (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work).
* Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
* Valid Australian driver's license and ability to travel within your designated area.
