Doggy Walking is a growing pet-care business based in the Sutherland Shire, servicing Sydney wide. We're looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service, Admin & Sales all-rounder to join our team.
This is a hybrid role suited to someone who loves working with people, enjoys being on the phone, and has a genuine passion for dogs and animal care.
About the Role
* Position: Customer Service, Admin & Sales (Hybrid)
* Hours: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week
* Location: Sutherland Shire (office-based)
* Industry: Pet Care / Customer Service
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping manage enquiries, bookings, scheduling, and supporting sales conversations — all while delivering a warm, professional experience to dog owners.

* Feel comfortable talking on the phone and assisting with bookings and enquiries

Highly Valued (But Not Essential)
* Previous sales or booking experience
* Customer service experience
* Understanding of logistics, scheduling, or admin systems
