Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for children, supporting their unique and individual interests and strengths.
* Lead a team of educators in the Kindy room and motivate them to deliver high-quality education.
* Commit to fostering growth and development in young minds, exceeding the National Quality Standards.
Requirements
* Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable).
* A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one.
* A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
