Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Housing Officer to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a customer focused individual with strong administration skills and high attention to detail to join our Housing Services Team. In this role you will assist with ensuring accurate recording and accounting of Housing Services finance records is always maintained.
Key Duties
Undertake front desk meet and greet activities Prepare tenant leases for new arrivals and room moves Manage phone enquiries from tenants Liaise with the Finance & Payroll Departments to provide accurate accounting of all tenancy financial records for both Voyages employees and ARR Business PartnersOversee the preparation of all residential leases and property inspections to ensure they are processed correctly
