Our client, a prominent Toowoomba Family Law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team.In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, assisting with the following responsibilities as directed:
Providing efficient and accurate administrative support, including transcription, dictation, diary management, travel arrangements, and general assistance to the team;Acting as a client liaison, providing precise and detailed information according to Solicitor's instructions;Preparing and amending legal documents and briefs using Microsoft Office and other legal software;Managing funds, raising cheque requisitions, receipting incoming funds accurately, and preparing financial schedules.About you:To succeed in this role, previous paralegal experience is essential, with some family law experience being advantageous.
