The Role
As the Analyst – Compliance & Document Control, you will be responsible for driving excellence in document governance and compliance across Dyno Nobel's global operations.
Reporting to the VP Risk & Insurance Global, you will support the integrity, accessibility, and compliance of corporate records and systems.
In This Role, You Will
Lead document control processes by managing the global Document Management System, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and supporting document owners and champions across business units.
Deliver training and coaching to global teams on document and records management practices, including onboarding and upskilling OnBase Champions and Superusers.
Administer compliance systems such as Gifts & Entertainment, Sponsorships & Donations, and the Whistleblower platform, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Generate and analyse monthly reports for corporate functions and the Executive Leadership Team, providing insights into document status, compliance trends, and risk indicators.
Support audits and assurance activities, including quality checks, metadata management, and system integrity reviews to maintain high standards of governance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, manage system enhancements, and ensure seamless compliance operations globally.
What You'll Bring
You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture.
Strong knowledge of document and records management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
A collaborative and self-driven mindset, capable of working independently while contributing to a global, cross-functional team.
