Be among the first to apply for this newly created role as a Senior Performance Manager. This is a critical hire where you will have the autonomy to own, shape, and scale a high-performing paid media function across multiple international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the digital performance strategy across paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels
* Leading and mentoring a growing team with a focus on upskilling, empowerment, and autonomy
* Overseeing performance tracking, budget allocation, and ROAS optimisation across 7+ global markets
* Guiding campaign strategy and media mix planning alongside senior stakeholders
* Partnering closely with the Digital Marketing Director on expansion and future growth
Requirements:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing roles, including team leadership
* Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Pinterest, and affiliate networks
* Experience managing multi-market, high-volume campaigns with multiple accounts
* Confident with data and performance reporting
* Deep understanding of campaign structure, feed management, pixel setup, and tech integrations
* A collaborative, curious leader who can empower a team while maintaining high standards
