What You’ll Do As part of the program, you’ll rotate through different roles to gain a broad understanding of sales. Your responsibilities may include: Driving the sales process: Help identify opportunities, grow pipelines, structure deals, negotiate, and close sales. Supporting sales strategies: Work on improving sales processes, analyzing data, and developing proposals to help win new business. Engaging with clients: Reach out to potential customers, present products or services, and build strong relationships to drive business growth. Collaborating with teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver value to clients. Learning and growing: Receive ongoing training, mentoring, and feedback to develop your skills and business knowledge. Who We’re Looking For Successful candidates will: Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident. Have graduated between October 2022 and December 2025 and available to start role from December 2025. Be excited about sales, building relationships, and working with clients. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be adaptable and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Enjoy solving problems and taking initiative. Have an interest in tools like Salesforce (a bonus, but not required).
