The Organisational Change Manager will develop and deliver program-related change, engagement and business readiness plans for Digital Services and Programs initiatives; lead the development and delivery of change plans focused on delivering outcomes and benefits at the program/project level. This role will identify stakeholders and impacts to develop appropriately scaled change solutions for the implementation of a new solutions, redesigned business processes and new organisational capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

* Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors.
* Identify potential points of resistance to change and develop strategies to reduce resistance and address doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change to foster a positive acceptance of change.
* Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships, formal arrangements and strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders to assess the readiness of the organisation, ensuring a strong commitment to change management.
* Create specific change management plans, including training plans to lead employees through structured change management activities so there is consistency in adopting change for every employee, project team and work unit, working closely with program resources to deliver:
o Business readiness activities.
o Transition activities and support.
o Training analysis & planning and co-ordinating activities.
o Supporting implementation and embedding activities during hypercare.
* Work with the individual project teams to develop and deliver project artefacts that support change management activities.
* Collaborate closely with project managers and relevant business executives to ensure the desired business outcomes are achieved.
* Knowledge transfer activities to build organisational change capability and maturity.
Desirable capabilities:
* A relevant degree or relevant qualification in organisational change management.
* Understanding and ability to apply change management methodology on large scale complex ICT projects.
* Demonstrated contribution to workplace equity, diversity and inclusion that enriches our culture of respect and inclusion
