Facility Maintenance Role
This role involves proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure the upkeep of facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building or facility maintenance and be able to manage contractors and minor works projects.
* Action urgent requests promptly
* Inspect works for quality and value for money
* Develop and deliver small-scale projects
* Provide cost estimates for future works
* Conduct site inspections and report conditions
* Supervise contractors and ensure compliance
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A relevant trade or Facility Management qualification
* Safety Awareness Training (White Card)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in building/facility maintenance
* Ability to oversee contractors and small-scale projects
* Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and standards
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
* Current Driver's Licence and National Police Clearance
