- This role is part of the Talent and Capability function at Benetas. We are currently re-building and expanding our function to be in a position to make a meaningful and sustainable impact.
- We have a newly created Employee and Volunteer Talent Management position available that will lead the Experience and Engagement, Performance, and Inclusion practices at Benetas. Reporting into the Manager, Talent Management, this role leads the design, development, implementation and measurement of fit for purpose Talent Management initiatives across the Performance, Inclusion and Experience disciplines to ensure Benetas has a high performing and engaged employee and volunteer base now and into the future.
- To be successful in this role you should possess experience in the following:
- Designing and embedding performance and development framework and lifting capability of a workforce to have meaningful conversations
- Designing and implementing a listening framework to measure employee and volunteer experiences and engagement
- Identifying and creating change to drive inclusive workplace practices where the diverse workforce belongs
- Strong ability to build partnerships across varied stakeholder groups to understand requirements, identify and develop appropriate solutions to achieve outcomes
- Ability to measure, monitor and track the operationalising and implementation of learning and organisational development solutions
- Data driven and forward thinking mindset with the ability to problem solve complex workforce issues
- Depth of project management experience to ensure programs of work are scoped effectively, developed and delivered against time, quality and budget requirements.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/ Organisational Development/Organisational Psychology or in a related discipline
