As a seasoned healthcare professional, you will oversee care planning, provide clinical guidance, and work closely with health professionals to deliver comprehensive support.
This role involves mentoring our care team and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards. You will build strong relationships with clients, families, and health professionals.
About this Role:
* Oversight of clinical assessments, care planning, and reviews for our clients is a crucial aspect of this position.
* The administration of medications, monitoring of clinical progress, and documentation of nursing interventions requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Provision of wound care, catheter management, and other clinical procedures demands a high level of technical expertise and compassion.
* Support, mentorship, and guidance of care workers are essential skills for success in this role.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is mandatory.
* Experience in aged care, community nursing, or home care is highly valued.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aged care, community nursing, or home care is preferred.
