Exciting opportunity to join a global manufacturing company as a Maintenance Supervisor in Perth.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for the coordination of all workshop and maintenance related activities to meet cost, reliability, availability and safety targets through the efficient use of you team and resources.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, some of your duties will include:
- Providing leadership, direction and mentoring to trades team to support a proactive culture.
- Manage equipment breakdown repairs to minimise downtime including after hour call-outs to ensure timely response to resolving any maintenance issues.
- Ensure tool and operational equipment is available to meet production requirements.
- Complete quality checks and ensure that quality inspections/gauging are being completed as required.
- Demonstrate a highly visible onsite presence and commitment of company policies and procedures.
- Provide a monthly report to Site Operations Manager detailing maintenance activities, achievements and KPIs.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong mechanical background and a relevant mechanical trade certificate. You will also require:
- Experience in maintenance management systems
- Knowledge of mechanical parts, fitting, scoping jobs
- Ability to effectively engage, lead and support a team
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Cert IV in frontline management (desirable)
