This role is for a true Admin All Rounder, where you will be responsible for numerous tasks that include;
- **Managing Onboarding process for site projects such as arranging medicals, inductions & flights**:
- **Project Support for site jobs such as coordinating rental equipment, tools & material deliveries**:
- **Document Control: Creating or Updating Project Documents**:
- **Creating Purchase Orders & Imputing onto system**:
- **Creating Invoices & submitting to clients**:
- **Processing employee & contractor time sheets**:
- **Updating schedules for workshop & site projects**:
- **Answering incoming phone calls**:
- **Data Entry & Filing**:
- **Reception / Administrator**
A high level of professionalism is required as you will be the first point of contact for the majority of phone calls and visitors to our client's office based in Canning Vale. Having the ability to communicate effectively and portray the organization in a professional and positive light is essential.
Through training, you will use your knowledge of the organizations services to asses and address general phone enquiries and ensure that the relevant departments receive their calls and messages in an efficient and friendly manner.
Needless to say, it is essential to be able to provide clear and concise written and verbal communications at all times. You will also be able to operate a telephone switchboard efficiently with the ability to manage multiple calls at the same time while still maintaining a quick response time.
**Admin Support - Entry Level**
Supporting numerous departments across Engineering, Sales, Finance, Operations & Procurement the role will provide variety in tasks such as;
- **Filing**:
- **Scanning Docs**:
- **Printing & Preparing documents packs for meetings through to marketing**:
- **Data Entry**:
- **Preparing Morning Tea for Office Staff**:
- **Booking meeting rooms**:
- **Taking meeting minutes**:
- **Processing request from clothing, tools & stationary**:
- **Receipting office deliveries**:
- **Back up Reception**
- **Highly organized with the ability to quickly priorities work tasks regularly**:
- **Have attention to detail and be able to follow strict systems and procedures**:
- **Exceptional communication skills - written & verbal**:
- **Be highly efficient and be able to work under tight deadlines**:

**Remuneration**
Depending the role, the following pay rates will be;
- **All Round Administrator: $30.00 to 34.00 Per Hour + Super**:
- **Receptionist / Administrator: $28.00 to $32.00 Per Hour + Super**:
- **Admin Support - Entry Level: $28.00 to $30.00 Per Hour + Super**
