**PLANT BUTLER (PLANT TECHNICIAN) CO-ORDINATOR**
**Full-time | Melbourne**
The Plant Society seeks a passionate and keen Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our Melbourne family. As Maintenance Co-ordinator you will be responsible for administration and development of our maintenance portfolio across Melbourne and our interstate locations.
Our commercial and maintenance departments lead innovative installations and care for exceptional indoor jungles in residences, brands and businesses across Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Canberra, Auckland and Tokyo. As Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day care and gardening expertise across both residential and commercial spaces. The successful applicant will be professional, have immense initiative, hardworking and have an eye for detail to ensure our indoor jungles thrive.
The opportunity is a full-time role.

**Job Role includes**:
- Leading and training our team of Plant Butlers who care for our plant installations, instilling a practical hard work ethic, autonomous problem solving and plant passion for making gardens thrive.
- Effective management and rostering of maintenance schedule across locations.
- Ensure world-class services for clients and level of excellence in all aspects of communications and customer experience.
- Promotion and sales of our maintenance packages to a diverse clientele, including the proposal, quotes and invoices
- Driving growth and profitability in the department.
- Continually review, develop, and implement optimal plant care practices
- Collaboration across our business, especially our Commercial department.
- Financial reporting, review and analysis as required
**You will bring**:
- A passion for plants.
- A background in professional gardening or design favourable however not essential.
- Have a vehicle and current drivers license.
- Pride in work and personal presentation
- Initiate and drive for great plant care and high standards.
- Hold flexible work hours.
- Excellent communication skills to connect intimately with our clients and team.
