About The Role
Reporting to the Coordinator People & Culture Business Partner and working closely with the other People and Culture Business Partners, you will work autonomously within your own business portfolio in this purely HR Generalist role. Providing support to the wider organisation, you will consult and coach the on a range of employee and industrial matters, learning and development, workforce planning, organisational initiatives and so much more!
The core purpose of this role is to be a customer-centric provider of best practice people management advice, coaching and supporting our managers in the delivery of services through their people.
This role is a 12-month parental leave contract with an anticipated start date in early April 2026. The annualised package ranges from $106,575 to $118,257 per annum and will be dependent on your level experience. Statutory superannuation is in addition to the package figures.
About You
We’re looking for a contemporary HR practitioner who thinks at both a strategic and operational level and is comfortable moving between the two to meet the needs of the business in a dynamic environment.
You are a confident communicator, know how to build productive relationships at all levels of the business and are comfortable with consulting a wide variety of stakeholders including senior leadership.
You are a problem solver and love a challenge. You can see the big picture and translate vision into action and know how to influence others to get results.
Key Selection Criteria
Qualifications and experience as listed above.Experience in a similar role with strong understanding of contemporary recruitment practices, sourcingstrategies and workforce planning.Demonstrated experience in providing high level Human Resource advice across all levels within an organisation.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and business associates.Well-developed written communications, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce reports, policy development and associated documentation.
